Alliances secures construction contract for a new tower in Côte d'Ivoire and announces several new projects in Morocco

The Alliances group experienced a particularly dynamic first half of 2025 in terms of commercial activity. The management outlined short- and medium-term growth opportunities in its semi-annual financial report.
In Morocco, the group announced the launch of new phases of the Riad Marrakech project, with several already completed. These phases include residential lots and units, consisting of apartments and villas. In Beni Mellal, the urban development continues with the construction of new lots and apartments, adhering to the planned schedule. Both projects in Marrakech and Beni Mellal are expected to significantly contribute to revenue in 2026 and 2027.
The Al Maaden Collections project is maintaining a strong sales pace, confirming its appeal to clients seeking high-end residences in a unique golfing environment. This project is set for full delivery in 2026.
In addition to these ongoing projects that will drive the group's growth in 2026 and 2027, Alliances is currently finalizing preparations for the launch of new large-scale projects totaling over 10,000 units. The group also announced that a project for apartments and villa lots is under authorization in Casablanca, representing a potential revenue of 4 billion dirhams.
Several new construction projects are being launched in Marrakech, with a potential revenue of 2 billion dirhams. Additionally, a project for the construction of apartments and single-family villas is also under authorization in Mdiq, with a potential revenue of nearly 2 billion dirhams.
Alliances continues to hold a strategic land reserve for the coming years, ensuring a potential revenue of over 19 billion dirhams.
On the international front, the group has over 540,000 square meters to develop in Côte d'Ivoire and has recently finalized discussions for the construction of a new turnkey office tower, following the iconic Entente Tower, which is scheduled for delivery this year.
In terms of revenue collection, the group has collected nearly 1 billion dirhams in the first six months of the year. According to management, these cash flows allow "Alliances to maintain the capacity to finance its future projects and continue its growth while meeting its commitments."
