Refund Policy

1. Digital Nature of Content

Due to the digital and proprietary nature of our financial research, market reports, and strategic analysis ("Premium Content"), we generally do not offer refunds once the content has been accessed or downloaded.

2. 7-Day Exception

If you have subscribed to a Premium plan but have NOT accessed any Premium Content or downloaded any PDF reports, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the initial transaction.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to Premium Content until the end of your current annual billing period. No partial refunds are issued for mid-period cancellations.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund under the exception mentioned in Section 2, please email us at infos@atlasfinancehub.com with your transaction receipt. All valid refunds will be processed via Paddle.
