Alliances Group has announced a consolidated revenue of 2.432 billion MAD for the year ending December 31, 2025, reflecting a 3% increase compared to 2.363 billion MAD in 2024.
Had the accounting rules from 2024 remained unchanged, the cumulative revenue would have reached 2.7 billion MAD, indicating a 14% growth year-over-year.
Fourth Quarter Highlights
In the fourth quarter of 2025, the consolidated revenue amounted to 458 million MAD.
Debt Reduction
The Group's net debt decreased by 24%, totaling 1.303 billion MAD as of December 31, 2025, down from 1.713 billion MAD a year earlier.
This reduction accounts for a bond issuance of 449 million MAD completed during the fiscal year.
Order Backlog and Pre-sales
As of December 31, 2025, the Group's order backlog stood at 6,205 units, with a secured sales value of approximately 4.1 billion MAD.
Pre-sales for the fourth quarter of 2025 reached 879 million MAD, a 35% increase from 652 million MAD in the same quarter of 2024.
During this period, the Group recorded 845 units in pre-sales.
Production and Cash Flow
The total number of units in production as of December 31, 2025, was 6,499, compared to 5,738 units a year prior.
Cash inflows reached 1.9 billion MAD by the end of 2025, up from 1.6 billion MAD at the end of 2024, representing a 17% annual increase.
Consolidation Scope
There were no changes to the consolidation scope during the fourth quarter of 2025.
