
The Alliances Group has recorded a consolidated revenue of 1.974 billion MAD as of September 30, 2025, compared to 1.814 billion MAD on the same date in 2024, marking a growth of 9%. According to accounting rules in effect for 2024, the consolidated revenue for September 30, 2025, would have reached 2.2 billion MAD, representing a 21% increase compared to the same quarter last year.
For the third quarter of 2025, the consolidated revenue stands at 641 million MAD, which is a 6% increase from the same quarter in the previous year. The Group's net debt has decreased by 32%, amounting to 1.019 billion MAD as of September 30, 2025, down from 1.490 billion MAD on the same date in 2024.
In terms of pre-sales, the third quarter of 2025 saw 2,136 units sold, up from 2,003 units during the same period in 2024, reflecting a 7% increase. As of September 30, 2025, total pre-sales reached 5,095 units, compared to 4,354 units in the same period of 2024.
The Group's order book as of September 30, 2025, consists of 7,658 units, with a secured sales value estimated at around 4.7 billion MAD.
Regarding production, the total number of units in production is 6,113 as of September 30, 2025, compared to 5,502 units on the same date in 2024.
There have been no changes to the consolidation scope during the third quarter of 2025.
