The Alliances Group is initiating a bond issuance amounting to 449.42 million dirhams. This funding is aimed at acquiring a portion of the assets from the "Akenza Project," which are currently held by various compartments of the FT Domus Fund. The operation specifically targets compartments XII to XVIII, excluding compartment 14 and an asset identified under land title 21474/65. This particular asset will be acquired through equity for 81.46 million dirhams, with a transfer scheduled for December 23, 2025. The bond issuance consists of ordinary bonds with a maturity of 7 years, including a 3-year principal deferral, followed by a linear amortization over 4 years. The nominal interest rate is set at 3.62%, which includes a risk premium of 130 basis points. To secure the operation, the loan is backed by first-ranking mortgage guarantees. These guarantees encompass a range of real estate assets corresponding to several land titles, amounting to the same value as the issuance. The subscription period will run from December 9 to 12, 2025. BMCE Capital is assisting Alliances in structuring and implementing this operation, which is part of a broader strategy for financial consolidation and asset reorganization. Through this targeted acquisition, the Alliances Group aims to regain strategic assets that can be leveraged for its development.
