Alliances Darna, a subsidiary focused on affordable housing within the Alliances group, recorded a consolidated revenue increase of 8% in H1 2025, amounting to 1.049 billion MAD compared to 973 million MAD as of June 30, 2024. For context, the cumulative consolidated revenue as of June 30, 2025, under the accounting rules applicable in 2024, would have reached 1.2 billion MAD, reflecting a 27% growth compared to H1 2024. IMPROVEMENT IN PROFITABILITY The gross margin for the first half of 2025 stands at 412 million MAD, marking a 26% increase from the same period last year. The gross margin now represents 40% of revenue as of June 30, 2025, up from 34% on June 30, 2024. NET PROFIT INCREASE As of June 30, 2025, the consolidated net profit is 255 million MAD, accounting for 25% of revenue, and has increased by 33% compared to the same period last year. DECREASE IN NET DEBT Alliances Darna's net debt has decreased by 47%, totaling 178 million MAD as of June 30, 2025, down from 333 million MAD on June 30, 2024. PROSPECTS Alliances Darna has initiated new land development and construction projects in various regions of Morocco. To support its growth, the company continues its targeted and selective land acquisition policy.
