Unimer: An 18% Decrease in Revenue by the End of September 2025
The third quarter of 2025 marks a return to growth for the Unimer Group, driven by the ongoing mobilization of sales teams, strong brand recognition, and a gradual improvement in pelagic landings. The consolidated revenue for the Group during the third quarter of 2025 reached 379 million dirhams, compared to 371 million dirhams in the same quarter of the previous fiscal year. Furthermore, the cumulative consolidated revenue by the end of September 2025 stands at 770 million dirhams, down from 941 million dirhams during the same period last year, representing an 18% decline compared to a 31% decline at the end of June. This trend confirms the recovery that began after a slow start to the year characterized by a weak national fishing campaign. Unimer remains fully committed to consolidating this positive trend and ensuring its continuity for the remainder of the fiscal year. The Group's cumulative consolidated investments amount to 16 million dirhams, down from 22 million dirhams during the same period last year. These investments primarily focus on strengthening industrial infrastructure and upgrading production equipment, in line with a strategy of continuous modernization and support for improving the Group's performance. As of September 30, 2025, Unimer's consolidated net debt is 729 million dirhams, a decrease of 13% compared to the same period last year. This improvement results from actions taken to optimize the Group's financial structure, particularly through rigorous cost management and ongoing enhancements in operational efficiency.
