Sanlam Morocco: Revenue Decreases by 3% in H1 2025

As of the end of June 2025, Sanlam Morocco's total revenue reached 3,430 million MAD, reflecting a 3% decrease compared to the first half of 2024. This decline is mainly attributed to reduced revenue from the life insurance sector linked to bancassurance activities. In the second quarter of 2025, Sanlam Morocco generated total revenue of 1,350 million MAD, which is a 2.8% decrease compared to the same period in 2024. By the end of June 2025, net technical provisions from cedents increased by 3.6% compared to the end of December 2024. Additionally, investments allocated to insurance operations amounted to 17,206 million MAD, up from 16,861 million MAD at the end of December 2024.
