On February 2, 2026, Sanlam Maroc reported the divestment of 81,350 shares in LabelVie. This transaction included the sale of 32,850 shares on the central market and 48,500 shares through block trades.
The shares were sold at a unit price of 4,300 dirhams, resulting in a significant reduction of Sanlam Maroc's stake in LabelVie, which has now fallen below the 5% threshold.
Current Ownership Status
Following this sale, Sanlam Maroc now holds 63,927 shares, representing a 2.21% ownership interest in LabelVie.
Future Plans for Shareholding
In the six months following this reduction in stake, Sanlam Maroc has indicated plans to cease further sales of its shares in LabelVie.
