Annual Revenue Overview

For the fiscal year 2025, Sanlam Maroc reported total revenue of 6,195 million MAD, representing a slight decline of 1.4% compared to 2024. This change is primarily attributed to a strategic adjustment within the Life segment, which has been effectively managed, while the Non-Life sector continues to demonstrate robust and consistent commercial performance.

Fourth Quarter Revenue Performance

In the fourth quarter of 2025, revenue reached 1,336 million MAD, reflecting a modest decrease of 1.9% year-over-year. This stability indicates a steady performance during a targeted transformation of the product mix.

Financial Strength and Balance Sheet Quality

As of December 2025, investments allocated to insurance operations totaled 17,960 million MAD, marking a significant year-on-year increase of 6.5%. This growth underscores the company's enhanced asset generation capabilities and prudent management of liabilities.

Net technical provisions from cedants showed a controlled increase of 0.3%, reflecting the stability of technical commitments and the effectiveness of the provisioning policy.

Net Income Growth

The net income for 2025 stood at 451 million MAD, up from 418 million MAD in 2024, representing a 7.9% increase. This growth confirms the improvement in operational profitability and the effectiveness of the strategic decisions made.

Strengthening of Equity

At the end of 2025, equity reached 5,449 million MAD, reflecting a growth of 2.2% compared to the previous year. This increase reinforces the company's financial stability and its ability to support future development while adhering to regulatory requirements.

Attractive Dividend Policy

In light of these strong performance metrics and the robustness of its financial structure, the Board of Directors will propose a dividend of 98 MAD per share at the upcoming Annual General Meeting for the fiscal year 2025. This marks an increase from the 81 MAD per share distributed in 2024, demonstrating the company's commitment to providing attractive and sustainable returns to its shareholders.
