The real estate group Résidences Dar Saada (RDS) has been provisionally selected in the call for expressions of interest related to the provision of housing for relocating households living in unsanitary conditions in Marrakech.
According to the published results, the subsidiary Saada X secured 7,773 units, while Résidences Dar Saada obtained approximately 7,650 units.
This new contract strengthens an already solid order book, especially following the acquisition of a program for over 10,300 social housing units in Casablanca, valued at 2.6 billion dirhams.
By the end of September, the group's management described the Marrakech call for expressions of interest as "a major opportunity to reinforce our commitment to the social housing sector and to continue our strategic plan in the coming years."
