Résidences Dar Saada Secures 12.5 Billion Dirhams Revenue Pipeline with 7.5 Billion Dirhams Confirmed

Significant Revenue Pipeline Established
Résidences Dar Saada has announced a substantial revenue pipeline totaling 12.5 billion dirhams, with 7.5 billion dirhams already secured. This achievement is largely attributed to the recent signing of agreements related to the Call for Expression of Interest (AMI) initiated by Al Omrane Marrakech as part of the relocation program in Marrakech.
The AMI allocations encompass over 15,400 housing units, collectively valued at approximately 3.8 billion dirhams. Specifically, 7,650 units have been awarded to Résidences Dar Saada, amounting to an estimated 1.9 billion dirhams.
Additionally, 7,773 units have been allocated to Résidences Dar Saada X, an affiliated entity that is set to be integrated into the consolidation framework, also valued at 1.9 billion dirhams.
Casablanca Projects Contribute to Revenue Growth
In Casablanca, the group has secured two AMIs representing a total value of 2.65 billion dirhams, covering more than 10,500 units. The first AMI in Casablanca involves 10,300 units with an estimated revenue of 2.6 billion dirhams, while the second AMI pertains to 200 units valued at 50 million dirhams.
Currently, the total secured revenue stands at 7.5 billion dirhams, which constitutes 60% of the revenue from units under development.
New Projects Enhance Future Visibility
The ongoing development pipeline also includes a newly authorized project in Sub-Saharan Africa, comprising 7,500 units with an estimated revenue of 3 billion dirhams. Furthermore, a mixed-use project located in the southern region of the Kingdom, which includes both land development and social housing, represents 7,400 units and offers an additional potential revenue of 2 billion dirhams.
According to Résidences Dar Saada, these projects significantly enhance the group's visibility regarding its future operations, solidify its position in the social and intermediate housing segment, and support the growth trajectory outlined in its multi-year strategic plan.
