Akdital has demonstrated solid performance in the first half of 2025, achieving a revenue of 2 billion dirhams, marking a 67% increase. The second quarter saw significant acceleration, with an 80% rise and over 1.1 billion dirhams in revenue. This growth was supported by both established facilities and new openings in 2024, which alone generated an additional 560 MDH in revenue. To sustain this momentum in the long term, the group invested 925 MDH in the first half of the year. This investment covered the acquisition of four new entities: Polyclinique Internationale de Laâyoune, Al Hikma Medical Center, Al Hikma Medical, and Sihatinvest. It also included equipping recently opened facilities, preparing for future expansions, and strengthening existing structures. For 2025, Akdital plans to open 12 new facilities, three of which are already operational in Guelmim (1) and Laâyoune (2). By 2027, the group aims to have over 62 facilities across 32 cities, with a total capacity of 6,200 beds. Internationally, in line with its announcements from earlier this year, Akdital has initiated its first overseas projects. This includes the construction of a 200-bed hospital in Dubai, with an investment of 70 million USD, expected to open in the first quarter of 2027. Additionally, a memorandum of understanding has been signed with Dr Abdul Rahman Al Mishari for Development regarding the leasing and management of the Abdul Rahman Al Mishari Hospital in Riyadh. Market consensus established by Boursenews anticipates a revenue of over 4.7 billion dirhams for 2025, with the second half expected to be historically stronger than the first. The net profit is projected to reach 442 MDH, a significant increase compared to 2024's 315 MDH. Research offices recently covering the stock have set target prices of 1,612 DH (CFG Bank), 1,700 DH (Saham Capital Bourse), and 1,758 DH (BKGR).
