Strong Financial Performance in 2025

Akdital Group has reported a remarkable revenue increase of 49% for the fiscal year ending December 2025, surpassing 4 billion dirhams to reach 4,413 million MAD.

The fourth quarter alone generated 1,289 million MAD, reflecting a 38% rise compared to the same period last year.

This growth is attributed to the maturity of the existing network and the contributions from new facilities that commenced operations in 2024 and 2025, which collectively added 1,073 million MAD to the annual revenue.

Expansion of Healthcare Network

By the end of December 2025, Akdital's healthcare network included 41 establishments, with a total capacity of 4,505 beds, following the integration of the Private Hospital and the International Oncology Center in Rabat.

The group has established a presence in 24 cities across Morocco, reinforcing its commitment to equitable healthcare access nationwide.

Notably, facilities outside the Casablanca-Rabat corridor account for 70% of the group's bed capacity and 79% of annual admissions.

Commitment to Advanced Medical Services

Akdital is dedicated to equipping its facilities with the necessary technical capabilities to handle complex medical procedures, supported by highly trained paramedical teams and a network of specialist physicians.

In 2025, the network performed 3,323 open-heart surgeries and 10,060 coronary dilation procedures, alongside 87,661 chemotherapy admissions and 14,289 radiotherapy treatments, significantly improving access to these services for patients in smaller cities.

Job Creation and Local Impact

The group's expansion has also had a positive impact on local employment, with a workforce of 9,894 employees by the end of December 2025, including 2,804 new hires during the year.

Investment Strategy and Financial Outlook

Akdital's net investments reached 2,095 million MAD by the end of December 2025, marking a 17% increase from 2024. This investment strategy encompasses the equipping of newly inaugurated facilities and the ongoing modernization of existing infrastructure.

Additionally, the group allocated 589 million MAD for international development, including land acquisitions in Dubai and Riyadh, and the commencement of construction in Dubai.

Debt and Consolidation Changes

As of December 31, 2025, Akdital's net debt stood at 4,246 million MAD, a significant increase from 1,753 million MAD at the end of 2024, reflecting the scale of its development program.

This increase includes a bond issuance of 1.2 billion MAD in the fourth quarter, which diversified the group's financing sources and optimized debt costs to support its growth ambitions.

In the fourth quarter of 2025, the group expanded its consolidation perimeter by integrating three new national entities: Khemisset Specialty Clinic, Taza Specialty Clinic, and Onco Prime Hospital, along with AKDITAL Company in Saudi Arabia.

Future Prospects

Looking ahead to 2026, Akdital is well-positioned with a strengthened national foundation and a fully engaged international strategy.

The goal remains to establish a network of 62 facilities across more than 32 cities in Morocco by 2027, with a total capacity exceeding 6,200 beds.

Internationally, the group has signed a memorandum of understanding for the acquisition of Bishri Hospital in Mecca, part of a broader program targeting 1,000 beds by 2030.

In Tunisia, the agreement to acquire 100% of Taoufik Hospitals Group (THG) opens a second market for Akdital in North Africa, demonstrating its commitment to expanding its model beyond national borders.

To support this growth trajectory, the group is finalizing a fundraising initiative with a prominent investment fund aimed at financing its international development projects.
