In the first half of 2025, Société des Boissons du Maroc achieved a consolidated revenue of 1,181.3 MDH, representing a 5.8% increase compared to the same period in 2024. This growth reflects a strong commercial momentum in a market characterized by increased competitive pressure. Key highlights during this period included the strengthening of iconic local brands such as Spéciale Gold and Casablanca, the launch of Carlsberg, which has been brewed locally since April 2025, and the revival of the La Cigogne brand, which has helped expand the product range. The operating profit reached 137.2 MDH, up 15.6%, driven by improved gross margins and positive volume contributions, particularly in the beer segment. The net profit attributable to the Group stood at 87.3 MDH, marking a 16.7% increase. However, it is important to note that this favorable trend includes a one-time exceptional impact related to the cleanup of third-party accounts (clients and suppliers) undertaken by the company, with a net overall effect estimated at 29.7 MDH on our results. "This one-off element should be considered in the analysis of the semester's performance," the company stated. Looking ahead to 2025, Société des Boissons du Maroc will continue to implement its strategic directions aimed at boosting growth, fostering innovation, and consolidating its leadership position in the market. In an increasingly demanding competitive environment, the company remains focused on its priorities and on optimizing its performance while adapting to upcoming challenges. "In this context, the consolidation of the brand portfolio, the national expansion of the Carlsberg range, and the promotion of strategic events such as the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations will be key drivers of our development. At the same time, the Group will continue its commitment to industrial optimization, logistical performance, and reducing its environmental footprint, in line with its corporate social responsibility objectives. These actions will enhance the company's resilience while contributing to its sustainable and innovative vision for the years to come," management emphasized.
