Aradei Capital unveils Sela Park Casablanca: a new commercial destination placing leisure at the heart of the Casablanca experience

Sela Park Casablanca is situated in the heart of the Almaz district, at the intersection of several key city routes. This site offers a unique concept for Casablanca, blending shopping, entertainment, and dining in an open, friendly, and contemporary environment. With nearly 30,000 m² of rental space and a lively 3,000 m² esplanade, Sela Park Casablanca is positioned as a new urban destination where shopping and entertainment naturally intertwine. Rooted in values of sharing and creativity, the venue aims to be the new "Happy Place" for Casablancans: a space to live, discover, and share. The high occupancy rate of over 85% reflects the site's attractiveness to its 60 partner brands, including a Carrefour hypermarket. The customer journey has been designed to provide a smooth and intuitive experience, enhanced by digital tools that accompany visitors and strengthen their engagement. Leisure is at the core of the concept, with nearly 30% of the rental space dedicated to entertainment, establishing Sela Park Casablanca as a new hub for family leisure. Features include "WAW," a 4,000 m² Family Entertainment Center with bowling, arcade games, and VR experiences, as well as a new immersive cultural concept called "Exhibition Hub," marking its first presence in Morocco. The site also offers a cinema experience with Cinerji, a carousel, and a fitness area with Smart Fit. In terms of dining, around ten diverse concepts are available, centered around a main esplanade and in a Drive format, including Paul, Yoka Sushi, Pizza Hut, and KFC. Food trucks and kiosks further enrich and refresh the culinary experience offered at the site. The venue will also host numerous shopping brands, including JYSK, Mr. Bricolage, Adidas, Miniso, and Flormar. An event stage will provide a varied program throughout the year, featuring events, exhibitions, and artistic performances to animate the space and create moments of sharing. Additionally, Sela Park Casablanca features a large parking area with 700 spaces, including electric charging stations, washing areas, and automotive services. As a responsible and structured project, Sela Park Casablanca is certified EDGE Advanced, showcasing Aradei Capital's ability to develop projects that sustainably shape the city.
