Royal Endorsement for Peace Initiative

In a significant diplomatic move, Nasser Bourita, Morocco's Minister of Foreign Affairs, signed the founding charter of the Peace Council at the World Economic Forum in Davos. This action follows the endorsement of King Mohammed VI, who has agreed to join the initiative as a founding member.

The initiative, proposed by the President of the United States, aims to enhance peace efforts in the Middle East and introduce a new framework for resolving global conflicts.

Official Launch of the Peace Council

Morocco and Bahrain were the first two nations to sign the charter, leading to President Trump's announcement that the charter has officially come into effect, thereby establishing the Peace Council.

The signing ceremony, held alongside the Davos forum, was attended by approximately twenty heads of state and government, along with foreign ministers from the signatory countries, including Turkey, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Egypt, Indonesia, Azerbaijan, and Argentina.

Exclusive Participation in the Council

Membership in the Peace Council is limited to a select group of internationally recognized leaders committed to ensuring a secure and prosperous future for upcoming generations.

This invitation underscores the enlightened leadership of King Mohammed VI and his prominent role as a key player in global peace initiatives.
