Listed subsidiaries of Akwa Group publish third-quarter indicators in line with their annual objectives

Afriquia Gaz reported a consolidated revenue of 2,124 million MAD for the third quarter of 2025, reflecting a slight decline of 2.3% compared to 2,174 million MAD in the third quarter of 2024. This decrease was attributed to a drop in recovery prices. However, for the first nine months of the year, the year-to-date consolidated revenue reached 6,824 million MAD, marking a 6.6% increase from 6,403 million MAD recorded a year earlier. Consolidated investments for Afriquia Gaz amounted to 134.5 million MAD in the third quarter of 2025, up from 114.4 million MAD in the same quarter of 2024. As of September 30, 2025, the total consolidated investments decreased from 386.2 million MAD reported at the end of September 2024 to 347.5 million MAD. The net consolidated financial debt stood at 2,226 million MAD on September 30, 2025, compared to 2,447.4 million MAD a year prior. Maghreb Oxygène, on the other hand, reported a consolidated revenue of 71.4 million MAD for the third quarter of 2025, down 3.3% from 84.8 million MAD in the third quarter of 2024. Year-to-date, the cumulative revenue was 225.9 million MAD, slightly down from 233.7 million MAD at the end of September 2024. Consolidated investments for Maghreb Oxygène reached 9.2 million MAD by the end of September 2025, compared to 3.3 million MAD a year earlier. The net consolidated financial debt increased to 119.6 million MAD on September 30, 2025, up from 103.8 million MAD during the same period in 2024. Looking ahead, both subsidiaries are committed to their annual objectives. Afriquia Gaz emphasized that its performance as of September 2025 remains in line with its forecasts. Meanwhile, Maghreb Oxygène reaffirmed its strategic plan and confidence in achieving its financial targets.
