Afriquia Gaz has reported solid growth, with sales volumes reaching 631,950 tons, a slight increase from 630,954 tons in the first half of 2024. The consolidated revenue rose by 10.5%, reaching 4,701 million MAD compared to 4,253 million MAD a year earlier. The consolidated operating profit increased to 568 million MAD, up 3.1% from the first half of 2024, while the consolidated net profit improved to 368.3 million MAD, compared to 352.9 million MAD a year ago, marking a 4.4% increase. Maghreb Oxygène also saw revenue growth, with its social revenue rising from 151.6 million MAD in the first half of 2024 to 157.2 million MAD in the first half of 2025. This performance is attributed to a strong dynamic in the industrial sector. The consolidated revenue stood at 154.5 million MAD, up from 148.9 million MAD a year earlier, reflecting a 3.8% increase. The consolidated operating profit improved significantly to 4.9 million MAD, compared to 3.3 million MAD in the first half of 2024, despite pressure from rising input and transportation costs affecting social results. The consolidated net profit increased to 9.3 million MAD, up from 8.2 million MAD a year ago. Looking ahead, with improving results and a strengthened financial position, Afriquia Gaz and Maghreb Oxygène reaffirm their key roles within Akwa Group.
