Market Context and Revenue Performance

Lesieur Cristal has wrapped up the year 2025 in a challenging market characterized by intense competition and substantial pricing pressures. The company focused on maintaining its market positions.

In the fourth quarter, the group's revenue amounted to 1.216 billion MAD, representing a 12% decline. However, for the entire fiscal year, consolidated revenue reached 5.394 billion MAD, remaining stable compared to 2024. This performance underscores the effectiveness of the group's commercial strategy and its ability to navigate market challenges.

Strategic Investments and Sustainability Initiatives

During the fourth quarter of 2025, Lesieur Cristal continued its investment program, allocating 33 million MAD to strategic projects. Total investments for the year reached 61 million MAD, which included the completion of the new photovoltaic station in Aïn Harrouda, inaugurated in December.

This facility, with a capacity of 2 MWc, is expected to reduce the site's energy consumption by 12%, aligning with the group's decarbonization strategy aimed for 2030.

Financial Position and Consolidation Scope

As of December 31, 2025, the consolidated net cash position stood at 243 million MAD, reflecting a 24% increase compared to the previous year, indicating effective management of the operating cycle throughout the fiscal year.

In the fourth quarter, the group increased its stake in its subsidiary Oléosen from 90.16% to 94.75%, a move that did not impact the consolidated financial statements.
