Increase of 38% in Jet Contractors' Results for the First Half and Announcement of Several Growth Drivers

The first half of 2025 saw a significant increase in Jet Contractors' production, rising nearly 21% compared to the same period in 2024, reaching 1,692 million dirhams. The consolidated net profit amounted to 128 million dirhams, reflecting a 38% increase in line with semi-annual forecasts (RNPG +41%).
This semester was marked by several key developments: the acceleration of the execution of various ongoing contracts; the acquisition in June 2025 of a substantial lot of public works equipment to support the new activities in dams, civil engineering, and railways, largely financed by a bond issuance; and effective management of a fire that affected one of our facilities in Oued Yquem in May 2025, which allowed for business continuity and significantly reduced the impact. The production system returned to normal thanks to the mobilization of internal teams and investment in a new state-of-the-art production tool.
As of the first half of 2025, the Group's order book stands at 9.2 billion dirhams, with 31% attributed to exports.
Looking ahead, Jet Contractors is refining its strategy to build sustainable growth, relying on a winning triptych: controlled diversification of its activities, targeted international presence, and continuous innovation at the core of its historical businesses. This vision is translating into robust growth, marking a significant milestone.
To support this momentum, the Group is making structural investments in its industrial tools. Beyond simply strengthening its platform, this modernization aims to integrate cutting-edge technologies and agile processes, ensuring faster and more efficient project execution for its clients.
Financially, the recent bond issuance has helped consolidate medium-term debt while creating strategic liquidity. These resources are intended to seize external growth opportunities and strengthen the Group's position.
Simultaneously, the Group is accelerating the development of its subsidiary "Jet Energy," identified as a major growth driver. The goal is to establish it as a regional champion capable of meeting the rapidly expanding energy demands in Morocco, across the African continent, and beyond, leveraging the expertise and reputation of the parent company.
