Holmarcom in discussions with BNP to acquire BMCI

Holmarcom Finance Company has announced that it is in exclusive discussions with BNP Paribas for a potential acquisition of its 67% stake in BMCI. Holmarcom has been a shareholder in BMCI for 30 years. In recent years, Holmarcom's Finance division has pursued a structured growth strategy focused on sustainable and long-term development, aiming to support the ongoing evolution of the financial sector in the Kingdom. The group stated, "These discussions are at a preliminary stage. We will communicate in due course if this project materializes, in accordance with current regulations."
