Capital Markets: Over 71 Billion MAD Raised by the End of July 2025

By the end of July 2025, capital raises in Morocco amounted to over 71 billion MAD. This figure includes 39.19 billion MAD from negotiable debt securities (TCN), 28.4 billion MAD from bond issuances, and 4.17 billion MAD from equity securities, according to the same source. In July 2025 alone, capital raises totaled 18.04 billion MAD. This comprised 10.74 billion MAD from TCN, 5.1 billion MAD from bond issuances, and 2.2 billion MAD from equity securities. Additionally, the AMMC reported that the outstanding amount of securities lending and borrowing operations reached 44.4 billion MAD by the end of July 2025. This represents a 22% increase since the beginning of the year and a 61% increase over the past 12 months.
