Capital Markets: Fundraising Exceeds 97 Billion Dirhams by the End of October 2025

As of the end of October 2025, fundraising in the capital markets amounted to 97 billion dirhams. This figure includes 58.45 billion dirhams from the issuance of negotiable debt securities (TCN) and 34.8 billion dirhams from bond issuances, according to the latest monthly indicators released by the AMMC. The outstanding amount for securities lending and borrowing operations reached 39.5 billion dirhams, reflecting a 9% increase year-on-year and a 29% rise since the beginning of the year. In October 2025 alone, capital raises totaled 14.096 billion dirhams. For context, capital raises were recorded at 883.730 billion dirhams by the end of September 2025.
