Capital Markets: Fundraising Exceeds 83 Billion Dirhams by the End of September 2025

As of the end of September 2025, fundraising in the capital markets has reached over 83 billion dirhams. This figure includes 50.16 billion dirhams from the issuance of negotiable debt securities (TCN) and 29.4 billion dirhams from bond issuances, according to the latest monthly indicators released by the AMMC for April. The outstanding amount for securities lending and borrowing operations has reached 37.8 billion dirhams, reflecting a 4% increase year-on-year and an 11% rise since the beginning of the year. In September 2025 alone, capital raises amounted to 6.677 billion dirhams. For context, the total capital raised was 77.053 billion dirhams by the end of August 2025.
