Capital Market: Fundraising Exceeds 77 Billion Dirhams by the End of August 2025

Fundraising in the capital market has reached over 77 billion dirhams by the end of August 2025. This figure includes 43.5 billion dirhams from the issuance of negotiable debt securities (TCN) and 29.4 billion dirhams from bond issuances, according to the latest monthly indicators released by the AMMC for April. The outstanding amount of securities lending and borrowing operations has reached 35.2 billion dirhams. This represents a 3% decrease year-on-year but a 29% increase since the beginning of the year. In August 2025 alone, capital raised amounted to 5.294 billion dirhams. For context, the total fundraising was 18.040 billion dirhams at the end of July 2025.
