Sébastien Rollet has a solid background within the BNP Paribas Group, both in France and internationally. With over 20 years of experience, he has held several leadership positions where he demonstrated recognized leadership, professional rigor, and a deep understanding of the banking sector's challenges.
As Chief Operating Officer for remote operations at BNP Paribas Bank Polska, Rollet led the transformation of the operational model, achieving significant gains in operational efficiency and contributing to an award-winning omnichannel strategy. He also directed transformation programs at Ukrsibbank, BNP Paribas's Ukrainian subsidiary, and managed strategic projects for BNP Paribas Egypt.
With this extensive experience in key roles focused on corporate transformation, Sébastien Rollet was already involved in the transformation of BMCI, overseeing operational efficiency programs as well as Digital and Data strategies. In addition to his initial responsibilities, he will now supervise all operational activities, enabling integrated management of transformation and daily operations essential for the bank's smooth functioning.
Alongside other members of the Executive Board, he will be tasked with continuing BMCI's transformation, supporting its sustainable growth, and strengthening its relationships with clients and partners. (*) This appointment is subject to validation by the relevant authorities.
