
In total, the AMMC has issued 4 licenses and 10 visas to different management companies, as stated in a note published on the Authority's website.
The licenses were awarded to STERLING ASSET MANAGEMENT for three funds: STERLING BOND (OMLT category), STERLING EQUITY (Equity category), and STERLING SHORT TERM BOND (OCT category), all approved on August 12, 2025.
Additionally, BMCE Capital Gestion received approval for its FCP Capital ISR fund, classified in the Diversified category, on August 11, 2025.
Regarding the visas, they were granted to five management companies: CDG CAPITAL GESTION (2 visas), CFG GESTION (2 visas), BMCE CAPITAL GESTION (3 visas), CDG Capital Gestion (4 visas), Wafa Gestion (1 visa), and AFRICAPITAL MANAGEMENT (2 visas). These visas cover various categories of mutual funds, including diversified, monetary, OMLT, and equity.
