In the third quarter of 2025, Addoha achieved 3,984 pre-sales, bringing the total pre-sales as of September 30, 2025, to 9,002 units. This marks a 5% increase compared to the same period in 2024. The company's subsidiaries in West Africa contributed 18% to this total. The secured revenue for the Group to date exceeds 10 billion MAD, with 32% generated from West Africa. Currently, there are 23,721 units under production, of which 26% are located in West Africa. The total projected revenue from these production phases is estimated at 18.2 billion MAD, which is expected to positively impact the Group's overall profitability in the short and medium term. The year 2025 saw the implementation of changes to the accounting plan for the real estate sector, effective January 1, 2025. These changes specifically relate to the accounting rules for sales by real estate developers. In the third quarter of 2025, revenue increased by 42% to 353 million MAD compared to the same period in the 2024 fiscal year. Under the previous accounting method, this revenue would have been 432 million MAD, reflecting a 73% increase compared to Q3 2024. Cumulatively, the revenue stands at 1.65 billion MAD, representing a 14.8% decrease compared to the end of September 2025. According to the former accounting method, the consolidated revenue at the end of September 2025 would have been approximately 2.252 billion MAD, indicating a 16% increase compared to the same period in 2024. The Group's net debt at the end of September 2025 remains stable at 4.1 billion MAD.
