CDG Invest Growth and Assiette Nordique recently announced the signing of an agreement for the entry of Capmezzanine V, FPCC-RFA, the fifth fund managed by CDG Invest Growth, into Assiette Nordique's capital. This minority stake, acquired through a capital increase, represents a new milestone in Assiette Nordique's development.
