In the second quarter of 2025, premiums issued by Wafa Assurance Group reached 3,530 million dirhams, marking a 15.7% increase. Cumulatively, as of June 30, 2025, the total premiums issued amounted to 7,883 million dirhams, reflecting a 10.3% rise supported by strong performance in Morocco and internationally. In the non-life segment, issued premiums totaled 4,027 million dirhams, growing by 11.0% due to positive results across all branches in Morocco and solid international activity. In the life segment, issued premiums reached 3,855 million dirhams, up 9.5%, driven by the performance of savings and insurance activities both domestically and abroad. As of June 30, 2025, consolidated technical and financial liabilities under IFRS standards stood at 51 billion dirhams, a 7.5% increase compared to the end of 2024. Consolidated investments amounted to 66 billion dirhams at the same date, reflecting a 9.8% growth. Social indicators for the second quarter of 2025 show that Wafa Assurance Morocco's revenue was 2,924 million dirhams, a 10.8% increase compared to the second quarter of 2024. Cumulatively, as of June 30, 2025, the semi-annual social revenue reached 6,619 million dirhams, up 7.7%. This growth was driven by strong performance across all damage branches and robust activity in savings and insurance. Non-life revenue was 3,568 million dirhams, an increase of 10.7% compared to the first half of 2024, thanks to the corporate and individual branches. Life revenue stood at 3,052 million dirhams, reflecting a 4.5% increase due to growth in insurance and savings. Net technical provisions for reinsurance reached 46 billion dirhams as of June 30, 2025, a 4.6% increase from the end of 2024. Investments allocated to insurance operations also rose to 46 billion dirhams at the same date, up 2.1%.
