Vicenne confirms its annual targets after a 25% increase in revenue over the first nine months of the year
For the nine months ending in September, Vicenne's consolidated revenue increased by 25% compared to the same period last year, reaching 696 MDH. However, the consolidated quarterly revenue saw an 11% decline from the third quarter of 2024, totaling 169 MDH. This anticipated decline is attributed to a less concentrated distribution of equipment deliveries during the third quarter compared to other periods in the fiscal year. The capital expenditures (CAPEX) primarily involved fixed assets related to the company's initial public offering during this period. The company's net debt situation has significantly improved due to various capital increases, shifting from a net debt of 294 MDH at the end of Q3 2024 to a positive cash balance of 279 MDH as of September 30, 2025. Vicenne is maintaining its targets for 2025, in line with the business plan presented during the IPO, including a consolidated annual revenue goal of 1,046 MDH.
