TotalEnergies Morocco has announced an exceptional dividend distribution totaling 600.32 million dirhams. This payment is scheduled to commence on December 11, 2025, subject to shareholder approval.
The company's share capital consists of 8,960,000 shares, and this initiative aims to redistribute a portion of the accumulated reserves, reflecting the company's confirmed financial strength.
In the event that the proposed payment date does not comply with Moroccan capital market regulations due to force majeure, the board of directors is authorized to set a new payment date. Generally, the payment must be completed by December 31, 2025.
