Serval Asset Management: Clarification on Misleading Information Circulated in the Media

Following the publication of a news article on September 23, 2025, which was shared on various social media platforms, Serval Asset Management issued a press release providing the following clarifications: Serval Asset Management is an independent company specializing in discretionary portfolio management. The company has not submitted any application for approval to the Moroccan Capital Market Authority (AMMC). "The article in question was written without contacting us (i.e., Serval Asset Management) and contains inaccurate and misleading information that could harm the interests of Serval Asset Management," the statement reads. Serval Asset Management reserves the right to take any necessary action to protect its interests and reputation," the release concludes.
