Risma: Finalization of the Acquisition of the Guéliz Multifunctional Center, Owner of the Radisson Blu Hotel Marrakech Carré Eden and the Carré Eden Shopping Center

Risma has announced the finalization of its acquisition of 100% of the share capital and voting rights of the Guéliz Multifunctional Center (CMG) from Résidence Siyaha 2 and Cap Estate. This company owns the five-star Radisson Blu Hotel Marrakech Carré Eden and the Carré Eden Shopping Center, in accordance with agreements signed on July 18, 2025. The acquisition, valued at 524 million dirhams, was completed on October 8, 2025, following the fulfillment of several conditions precedent, including obtaining approval from the Competition Council. The purchase price reflects an enterprise value of 931 million dirhams, adjusted for net debt. This transaction aligns with Risma's external growth strategy and strengthens its positioning in Marrakech by acquiring prime assets that combine hospitality and retail. The objectives include creating sustainable value, diversifying revenue streams, and optimizing the real estate portfolio.
