Preliminary results of TGCC’s capital increase, whose subscription period ended on Friday, July 18, reveal overwhelming interest. Nearly 83,000 subscribers have been recorded in an initial count, mobilizing a total amount close to 93 billion dirhams, while the operation initially targeted 2.5 billion dirhams. This operation aims to enable TGCC to take control of the STAM-VIAS group, thereby strengthening its leadership position in the construction sector both nationally and across the African continent.
