Marsa Maroc strengthens its strategic partnership with ZPMC to equip the ports of Casablanca and Nador West Med

During a visit to Morocco to meet with a select group of partners, Mr. You RUIKAI, CEO of ZPMC (Shanghai Zhenhua Heavy Industries), held discussions with Mr. Tarik EL AROUSSI, General Director of Marsa Maroc. The talks focused on the prospects for cooperation between ZPMC and Marsa Maroc, reflecting a shared commitment to further develop partnerships that support Marsa Maroc's strategic vision for 2030 and contribute to the growth of Moroccan port infrastructure. As part of this collaboration, Marsa Maroc has recently reaffirmed its trust in ZPMC by awarding the company the contract to supply 18 state-of-the-art container cranes. These cranes are intended for the container terminals at the ports of Casablanca and Nador West Med. The delivery of this equipment is scheduled for the last quarter of 2026, marking a key milestone in the launch of Marsa Maroc's operations at the strategic hub of Nador West Med.
