LafargeHolcim Morocco: Profits Increase by 21.3% in the First Half of 2025

The domestic cement market experienced positive momentum in the first half of 2025, recording a 9.8% increase compared to the same period last year. In this context, LafargeHolcim Morocco's consolidated revenue for the first half of 2025 reached 4,159 million MAD, up 12.7% from the first half of 2024, thanks to increased sales volumes of cement and ready-mix concrete. By the end of June 2025, the current operating profit stood at 1,747 million MAD, reflecting a 19.6% increase compared to the same period in 2024. This growth was attributed to higher cement sales, effective cost management, and continuous improvement in industrial performance. The consolidated net profit under IFRS for LafargeHolcim Morocco as of June 30, 2025, amounted to 918 million MAD, marking a 21.3% increase from the first half of 2024. The social net profit for LafargeHolcim Morocco was recorded at 817 million MAD as of June 30, 2025. Looking ahead, the outlook for the cement market remains favorable for the remainder of the year. Positive impacts are expected from the organization of the Africa Cup of Nations and the 2030 FIFA World Cup on the infrastructure segment, as well as the implementation of the direct housing assistance program in the building segment and ongoing major investment projects.
