LabelVie: Revenue up 12.1% with 44 stores opened in the first half
In the second quarter of 2025, LabelVie experienced a 4% increase in same-store sales compared to the same period in 2024. The company continued to implement its expansion strategy, opening a total of 44 stores in the first half of the year, with 42 under the Supeco brand. This growth included the introduction of this format in new cities beyond Greater Casablanca. For the second quarter, LabelVie reported consolidated quarterly revenue of 4.569 billion dirhams, marking a 15.4% increase from the same period in 2024. Overall, the revenue for the first half reached 8.727 billion dirhams, reflecting a 12.1% growth. This positive trend was driven by the Retail division, which saw a quarterly growth of 16.1% (4.458 billion dirhams) and a semi-annual growth of 13.9% (8.504 billion dirhams). The performance highlights the vitality of the network and the increasing customer engagement with the multi-format offerings, alongside a gradually improving economic environment. Operationally, store visits surged by 23%, totaling 41 million visits in the first half of 2025, compared to 33 million during the same period in 2024. This growth indicates strong commercial performance across all formats and the continued expansion of the hyper cash business, supported by the opening of six new stores in 2024. "This second quarter reinforces our multi-format strategy and the relevance of our strategic choices. The commercial momentum is evident across all our brands, bolstered by a significant increase in foot traffic. We are moving forward with confidence in implementing our Vision 2028," stated Naoual Ben Amar, General Director of the Group. Continued investments in the first half of 2025 amounted to 751 million dirhams, including 420 million dirhams in the second quarter. This figure primarily covers investments related to planned openings in the second half and those already completed in the first half. In this context, net debt stood at 4.114 billion dirhams, reflecting a controlled increase of 141 million dirhams since December 31, 2024, confirming the Group's reliance on its self-financing capacity to support its development. These achievements allow us to reaffirm our 2025 guidance published last February, which includes a 15% to 20% increase in total sales area across all business formats and an annual revenue target of 19 billion dirhams.
