Involys: Significant Improvement in Results for the First Half of 2025

For the first half of 2025, Involys reported total revenues of 27.2 million dirhams, with a turnover of 22 million dirhams, reflecting an 8% increase for both metrics compared to the first half of 2024. This growth is attributed to the deployment of new software versions and the signing of new contracts. Operating expenses decreased by 3.6% as of June 30, 2025, compared to the same period in the previous year, totaling 21.5 million dirhams. This includes 12.1 million dirhams in personnel costs, 5.7 million dirhams in operational provisions, and 2.2 million dirhams for other external charges. The combined figures resulted in an operating profit of 3.8 million dirhams and a net profit of 2.8 million dirhams, compared to 2.1 million dirhams and 0.7 million dirhams, respectively, as of June 30, 2024. In terms of research and development, Involys maintained its investment level, dedicating 3.9 million dirhams as of June 30, 2025.
