Immorente announces the payment of the 3rd quarterly dividend for the year 2025

Starting in September 2021, Immorente Invest implemented an innovative scheme to enhance its distributions by transitioning to a quarterly payment schedule, resulting in four annual payments instead of one. It is important to note that all quarterly payments will be the same amount, except for the second payment, which occurs after the annual accounts are closed in July and will be larger than the other three payments. The schedule for the payment of quarterly dividends for the year 2025 is as follows: 1st quarterly dividend: • Amount: 1 DH/share • Payment date: April 29, 2025 2nd quarterly dividend: • Amount: 2.2 DH/share • Payment date: June 26, 2025 3rd quarterly dividend: • Amount: 1 DH/share • Ex-dividend date: September 23, 2025 • Payment date: October 2, 2025 4th quarterly dividend: • Amount: 1 DH/share • Payment date: December 19, 2025.
