H&S Invest Holding has announced a significant milestone in its evolution by rebranding itself as H&S Group. This change reflects the company's commitment to enhancing brand visibility, supporting its growth trajectory, and unifying its diverse operations under a modern and cohesive identity.
The announcement coincides with the start of 2026, a pivotal year for the Group, which aims for a consolidated revenue target of 10 billion dirhams.
Strategic Business Units Restructured
H&S Group has restructured its operations around six strategic business units, each designed to enhance its market position:
1. Dislog Group: A national leader in the consumer goods sector, focusing on health, hygiene, and well-being.
2. Buildings & Logistic Services (BLS): Now rebranded as La Voie Express Group, this unit specializes in end-to-end supply chain solutions, including warehousing, transportation, and integrated services.
3. WB Group: A regional leader in media buying and content creation, maintaining its dominance in strategic communication and high-value content production.
4. Gidna / Kaya Immobilier: Among the national leaders in construction and real estate development, reinforcing H&S Group's standing in this sector.
5. Chari: A national leader in e-commerce and fintech, this unit aims to revolutionize distribution channels and promote financial inclusion.
6. One Retail: A newly launched division focusing on retail sectors including food, beauty, DIY, and dining.
Plans for Six IPOs by 2030
In addition to its rebranding and organizational restructuring, H&S Group has set an ambitious goal to prepare for six initial public offerings (IPOs) between 2026 and 2030. This strategy is designed to accelerate growth, enhance governance, fund expansion, and create additional value for all stakeholders.
Strengthening Governance with New Leadership
As part of its new structure, H&S Group has appointed four Vice Presidents to bolster its governance framework and support the execution of its strategic initiatives:
• Mehdi Bouamrani, Senior Vice President, overseeing Group Operations.
• Ali Tazi, Vice President, responsible for Human Resources and Talent Management.
• Ghislaine Benlamlih, Vice President, in charge of Business Development and Project Coordination.

Annual Executive Meeting to Set 2026 Goals
On January 10, 2026, H&S Group will convene its leadership team in Casablanca for its annual executive convention, gathering 400 executives to discuss the strategic vision for 2026-2030 and set performance objectives aimed at achieving the consolidated revenue target of 10 billion dirhams.
By adopting the H&S Group brand, the company aims to unify its platforms under a single, forward-looking identity, with the vision of establishing a prominent Moroccan group centered around essential daily activities and capable of regional influence.
This transformation reflects H&S Group's ambition to build a complementary and agile organization across the entire value chain of the life economy, driven by synergies and leading platforms.
