Hicham Meziane appointed General Director of Cartier Saada

Effective December 11, 2025, Mr. Hicham Meziane has been appointed General Director of Cartier Saada. This decision was made by the Board of Directors during a meeting held on December 10, 2025. He succeeds Mr. Mly Hassan Debbarh Mounir, who is warmly thanked by the board for his commitment, achievements, and contributions to the company's development over the past 31 years. The Board of Directors and Mr. Mly Hassan Debbarh Mounir have agreed on an organized transition of the General Management. Mr. Mounir will continue to support the company in a consulting role to ensure the continuity of strategic projects. Mr. Hicham Meziane, 39 years old, is a graduate of the Toulouse Business School, specializing in internal audit and management control. He began his professional career as a Dedicated Financial Officer at the financial department of SGCIB (Société Générale Corporate and Investment Banking) in Paris, where he was responsible for management control related to structured financing internationally. He joined Cartier Saada SA in 2012 as Head of Development, Management Control, and Information Systems, overseeing various development and investment projects and contributing to the diversification of international commercial outlets. After holding several strategic positions, he was appointed Deputy General Director by the Board of Directors in 2019 and then Delegate General Director in early 2025. Mr. Hicham Meziane is also active in the community, serving as Vice President of the Sidi Ghanem Business Association in the industrial district of Marrakech.
