Extension of the Grand Stadium of Tangier: STAM-VIAS and LAMALIF Group Selected for Roadworks and Lighting

The STAM & VIAS consortium (a subsidiary of TGCC) and LAMALIF Group has been officially selected for the international tender concerning the expansion and upgrading works of the Grand Stadium of Tangier. This project includes the development of peripheral roads and ambient and public lighting. According to the minutes from the bid opening commission held on August 28, 2025, this consortium was the only competitor admitted after the various selection stages, which included administrative, technical, and financial evaluations. Their bid, amounting to 102.9 million dirhams including tax, was deemed the most advantageous by the commission. The works will be overseen by the Regional Directorate of the National Agency for Public Equipment of Tangier-Tétouan-Al Hoceima, aiming to enhance accessibility and lighting at the Grand Stadium, a key infrastructure in the region.
