Docline finalizes funding to accelerate B2B Digital Health development in Morocco and internationally

This funding will enable Docline to accelerate its expansion in Morocco, a key market undergoing digital transformation, and to enhance its international reach, especially in Francophone Africa. With this new phase, Docline reaffirms its ambition to become a reference player in digital health in Africa and Europe.
Docline offers a Virtual Care solution dedicated to payers and businesses. Regulated in Morocco and Europe, the platform ensures secure telehealth services that comply with international standards (GDPR, HIPAA, local regulations). Its track record is supported by collaborations with major insurers and corporations, delivering proven results in terms of efficiency and patient satisfaction.
“With over ten years of experience in digital health in Spain, in a market of 12 million private insured individuals and more than 2 million patients already cared for remotely, our ambition today is to leverage this expertise for the Moroccan healthcare system. We aim to provide insurers and employers with innovative solutions that facilitate quick and equitable access to care,” emphasizes Omar Najid, CEO and co-founder of Docline.
In Morocco, Docline targets the corporate and insurance sectors through its virtual clinic offering, which provides personalized health and wellness programs. These initiatives, covering physical, mental, and nutritional health, offer organizations concrete solutions to enhance the well-being of their teams by ensuring employees have simple and continuous access to care.
As the insurance sector undergoes transformation, marked by the widespread implementation of Mandatory Health Insurance (AMO) and increasing demand amid a still limited care offer, Docline positions itself as a strategic partner for insurance companies. As a specialist in B2B digital health, the scale-up offers an innovative solution that broadens and simplifies access to quality care, managing the entire remote care pathway—from video consultations to electronic prescriptions and patient follow-up.
For employers, Docline develops a comprehensive approach to workplace health, combining general medicine, prevention, and well-being. In a context where Moroccan employers are increasingly focusing on the health and quality of life of their employees, the platform is developing personalized programs that provide smooth, rapid, and digitized access to qualified healthcare professionals. This approach aligns with the growing importance of workplace health for organizations.
In response to rising workplace stress and new employee expectations, Docline aims to offer Moroccan companies a turnkey solution that combines technology with human support.
Already proven in Spain, where Docline has built a network of over 6,000 healthcare professionals and has cared for more than 2 million patients, the Virtual Care model is now being deployed in Morocco. The platform guarantees care within 15 minutes, achieving a satisfaction rate of 97%, and already has over 22,000 beneficiaries. This international experience positions Docline as a reference player in virtual care.
With this funding round, Docline plans to intensify its investments in artificial intelligence to enhance the efficiency and personalization of its services in Morocco and internationally. The company also aims to strengthen its strategic partnerships to make telemedicine an accessible solution for everyone, everywhere.
