CTM Doubles Its Consolidated Revenue in the First Half of 2025
In the first half of 2025, CTM's consolidated revenue amounted to 758 million MAD, reflecting an increase of 110.5% compared to the same period in 2024, which recorded 360 million MAD. For the second quarter of 2025, the consolidated revenue of the CTM Group reached 427 million MAD, showing a 112% rise compared to the same quarter of the previous year. This performance highlights the successful implementation of the Group's diversification strategy, particularly with the integration of new sectors: "Maritime Transport" and "Urban Transport," which have strengthened their contributions during the current fiscal year. In the second quarter of 2025, the company's social revenue was 141 million MAD, representing a 4% increase from the second quarter of 2024. This growth reflects a positive commercial dynamic driven by the "Intercity Transport" segment. As of the end of June 2025, investments saw a decrease of 345 million MAD, linked to the acquisition of AML completed in June 2024. Additionally, debt as of June 30, 2025, experienced a slight increase of 19 million MAD, primarily due to investments made for fleet renewal.
