In the second quarter of 2025, the construction sector reportedly experienced an increase in activity. This growth is linked to the rise in civil engineering and specialized construction, while a downturn was noted in building construction. Order books in the construction sector remained at a normal level, and employment showed stagnation.
Under these circumstances, the production capacity utilization rate in construction was recorded at 72%. The HCP also noted that 11% of companies in the sector faced difficulties in sourcing raw materials during Q2-2025. Additionally, 30% of business leaders described their cash flow situation as "difficult."
