2025 Cement Delivery Overview
Cement deliveries for the year 2025 concluded with a notable increase of 8.21%, totaling around 14.8 million tonnes. This growth was driven by various segments within the industry.
Segment Breakdown of Deliveries
According to the monthly report from the Ministry on cement delivery trends, the distribution segment accounted for approximately 8.02 million tonnes. This was followed by ready-mix concrete (BPE) with around 3.78 million tonnes, prefabricated concrete (PREFA) nearing 1.5 million tonnes, and construction with 433,017 tonnes.
Infrastructure projects utilized 983,607 tonnes, while mortar deliveries reached 65,900 tonnes, highlighting the diverse applications of cement across various sectors.
December 2025 Performance
In December 2025 alone, cement deliveries amounted to 1.098 million tonnes. This figure represents a decline of nearly 15% compared to the same month in the previous year, indicating a potential seasonal slowdown.
