CDG Capital: Strong Revenue Growth by the End of September 2025
CDG Capital has reported a strong performance, reflecting growth across all business lines, which contributed an increase of 134 million dirhams (MDH). The subsidiaries, CDG Capital Gestion and CDG Capital Bourse, added 61 MDH to this growth. Additionally, the integration of Ajarinvest into the consolidation perimeter from October 2024 resulted in a perimeter effect of 225 MDH. As a result, assets under management strengthened by 14%, reaching 637 billion dirhams by the end of September 2025. CDG Capital has consistently adhered to the regulatory limit for its short-term liquidity ratio (LCR), which stood at 162% at the end of September 2025. The bank's financial debt increased slightly to 11.9 billion dirhams, compared to 11.5 billion dirhams as of December 31, 2024.
