Strong Growth Trajectory in 2025

Cash Plus has successfully maintained a solid growth trajectory throughout 2025, particularly in the fourth quarter, as part of its strategic development plan aimed at expanding its territorial presence and enhancing digital services.

The company accelerated its agency openings, adding 208 new locations, which brought its total network to 5,200 agencies by December 31, 2025, reflecting a 12% year-over-year increase.

Expansion of Payment Solutions

In addition to expanding its physical footprint, Cash Plus continued to enrich its payment offerings, launching new solutions including PayPal, thereby strengthening its position within the digital payments ecosystem.

Support for Local Farmers

The company has also engaged in implementing a government support program for farmers, facilitating the distribution of aid to eligible clients as part of a national livestock restoration initiative.

Financial Performance Highlights

This proactive approach resulted in a total transaction volume across all activities of 130 billion MAD, marking a 13% increase.

The Net Banking Income (NBI) for the fourth quarter of 2025 reached 222 million MAD, representing a 19% increase, while the total NBI for the entire year stood at 863 million MAD, reflecting a 14% growth.

Growth in Money Transfer Services

The money transfer segment experienced an 11% growth in 2025, with commissions totaling 940 million MAD, primarily driven by domestic transfers that saw a particularly strong finish to the year due to the extensive network and commercial efforts.

The payment account segment also saw significant improvement, with a 32% increase in commissions, reaching 275 million MAD by the end of 2025.

Consolidated Commissions and Proximity Services

Overall, consolidated commissions for the year amounted to 1.215 billion MAD, up 15%.

The proximity services segment confirmed the growing interest of clients, achieving a 7% increase in 2025, with revenue reaching 569 million MAD.

Investment in Infrastructure

In line with its ongoing strategy to enhance territorial coverage and develop technological infrastructure, Cash Plus's investments totaled 47 million MAD by the end of 2025.

Consolidation Scope Remains Stable

During the fourth quarter of 2025, there were no changes to the group's consolidation scope.

Social Indicators

By the end of 2025, the social NBI reached 693 million MAD.
